Flawless Gossamer Untinted SPF 50 Reviews

4.3 Rating 393 Reviews
I bought this because I needed a product that did not contain benzoates or cinnamon derivatives and have been very impressed so far. It has not make my spots any worse which seems to be the case for a lot of products. I have used it alone and under makeup; I have now ordered some moisturiser so I can use both together. I do find it is quite drying (and my skin is very oily) so I am sure this will be a very positive adjuvant. Very pleased, if I could beg you to please not ever reformulate it as I had to search high and low to find something to suit!

I bought this for my son who has very sensitive skin and dermatitis. Its fabulous for him, doesn't sting his skin or eyes, sinks in fast for his normal in some places and very dry skin in others. I like it also but I have very oily skin, it has a blurring effect initially and feels lovely but im an oil slick pretty fast! A bit of blotting sorts that right out. Just purchased 2 more!

Gossamer has a great texture, which my sensitive and dry skin loves. It is not greasy whatsoever but gives a beautifuk subtle glow, which I adore. However, on my medium skin, it can leave a slight hint of white cast, which can be solved with a bit of liquid bronzer.

I like how this works, it feels moisturizing and it's very easy to apply and wear. It gives me a white cast for a while after applying but it dies down during the day. This seems to be normal with mineral sunscreens however so I don't think there's much that can be done. I am really enjoying the tinted version though!

This is almost perfect product for me. The only downside is the price, but you can't have it all, I guess.

I've used Flawless Gossamer for over a month now. I liked its texture immediately and after using it for over a month I can also confirm that it does not make me break out. It's hydrating, yet it doesn't feel like my skin is suffocating. I find it really difficult to find a sunscreen for everyday use (I have sensitive and acne-prone skin). This one is definitely one of the best I've ever tried! I have fair skin but a warmer undertone. I've used Tint 01 so far, but would like to try Tint 02 in the future. The only caveat is that the pump can be a bit moody. But the advantages definitely outweigh. So I would highly recommend this sunscreen. :-)

I've been using this for a while now, nice texture that helps leave my combination dry skin moisturised. Only downside keeping me from giving 5 stars is that when I go to re-apply at the end of the working day to head home, the morning's application starts flaking off. It's almost as if it would have been better to cleanse my face before a second application.

I usually use the Flawless Daily Sunscreen which I love as I have oily acne prone skin, it sinks in beautifully and is perfect as a base for my makeup. I wanted to try a mineral sunscreen as I am making some changes to my skincare routine and decided to give Flawless Gossamer a go. I have used it for four days now, my skin is not currently very oily (I expect that will chnage in the warmer months) but is more combination at the moment. I wear this sunscreen on top of a very light facial oil and it glides on to skin really nicely, with a lovely texture, no stickiness. However, it pills, it also clings to dry patches. When I apply my foundation on top, the pilling get's worse. I've also broken out, nothing major, just a few spots here and there. I will continue to use it and perhaps use it alone too to see if the pilling stops, I'm not really sure if I would purchase again. I use Dr.Sam's entire skincare range which I love, but I feel this sunscreen needs some improvement.
