“Have been using the tint 1 version and wanted the option of the untinted version to use as well. Am really pleased with this! Blends in well and leaves a nice finish on my skin. Doesn’t irritate my eyes. I now use this daily on my neck and then either the untinted or tinted version for my face. Love it! Will be purchasing again!”

“I wasn’t sure about this product at first. I wanted to buy the tinted 02 but it sold out, so I decided to go with the untinted version. I was a bit underwhelmed at first, I felt it left a white film on my face. But I persevered, I realised that if you take the time to massage it well (it takes me 2 minutes), then the white film disappears, even when using the recommended 6 pumps! Like other viewers I have issues with the pump, I find if I keep the bottle standing on its head it works better but I am concerned how long the trick lasts until I can’t use it anymore. That aside, it’s a great SPF, no irritation. Please sort out the pump and it’s a 5 star!”
“My skin type is dry and I am 58 yrs. I have also sensitive skin prone to dermatitis around my eyes. This is such a good spf for that reason as it doesn’t at all sting my eyes even applied all around them close to the eyelash line. But it does leave a white cast on me. For that reason I am using it just around my eyes, neck an décolleté but not on my face. Flawless Daily Sunscreen is the one I prefer for my face.”
“I’ve been using Gossamer Untinted for about a month now. I’m using Tretclin daily in the evenings so need a robust sunscreen. I also suffer for sun pigmentation anyway without the retinol adding to the risk, so it’s a really important step for me.
I usually struggle with sunscreens as my eyes are so sensitive to SPF ingredients but I’ve had no issues at all and use around my eyes.
You do need to use the required pumps to get the full 50 SPF and I do leave about 5 mins between layers - go and brush your teeth! And a further 5 mins before putting my make up on. It’s all sunk in by then and leaves a good base for make up. Now a subscription item for me. Thank you Dr Sam!”
“This SPF doesn’t blend into my skin no matter what I do - it bobbles and makes a complete mess of my face! I tried using it without moisturiser or make up, but it made no difference - same messy little blobs of white cream everywhere. Not sure if I just have an off batch, but I am switching back to my old favourites: La Roche-Posay and SkinCeuticals. Wouldn’t buy again.”

I was looking for a suncream that would not irritate the very sensitive skin on my neck. I went for the untinted so it wouldn’t mark my clothes. I am delighted with it.
