“I used to really like this product but the consistent faulty tube is just too much of an annoyance. I emailed in for help and just got told to do a multitude of things to get it going. Life is too short, so I moved onto another brand which is a shame as the product is good”
“Very efficient and l loved the texture!. That said the pump is really annoying to use- doesn't dispense the product easily you have to pump again and again in order to get it to work. I had the same issue with my Nightly serum- it even got stuck sometimes and it didn't bounce back when pressed.”
“The product itself offers everything I'm looking for in a sunscreen; Broad spectrum protection, excellent absorption and a beautiful (cosmetically elegant) finish on the skin.
My only gripe is the packaging - which doesn't allow for easy dispensing of the product. Seems like I have to pump for ages, before it dispenses anything at all - which leads to waste. Not ideal for such an expensive product. The product itself may just be a bit too viscous for this dispenser.
Otherwise I've found Dr Sam's line of products truly transformative and a very worthwhile investment.”
“I am using the untinted SPF50 for the face. I have very sensitive skin, so began using on the chest and then neck. Good points: nice texture and doubles as a moisturiser; doesn't stain the neckline of clothing, which some SPFs do; protection seems good; fragrance free. Minus points: when used on the face, seemed to cause a bit of redness reaction; possibly a little on the dear side. Overall, the price would have been acceptable if all was perfect, but I will try to continue the search for the perfect face SPF.”
“This SPF is the best I’ve used and I’ve trialled many. I have redness and acne and scarring and sensitive skin/eyes. I can apply this all over and if anything it helps calm my skin further instead of aggravating it including around my eyes. It is thick but once rubbed in properly it sits really nicely on my skin and under makeup. Would fully recommend”
