Hi Amber, we are sorry to hear of your experience with Flawless Nightly Eye Serum. The eye area is very delicate and can be sensitive to active ingredients. The product needs to be introduced slowly, so please begin by using the product twice a week only. You should only use 1/2 a pump for both eyes: apply half a pump to the ring finger, press both ring fingers together to split the dose, then pat around the orbital bone on each eye. (The ring fingers are best as they apply least pressure.)
If you are prone to sensitivity, you can apply an additional buffer layer of moisturiser in the eye area before and after the serum. As the weeks go by and your eye area becomes more tolerant of the active ingredients, you can build up your usage to every other evening. If you are using other active serums on the face, please apply them after using Flawless Nightly Eye Serum. Be careful not to overlap the two products as this can cause irritation.
