“I’ve been asked to write a review but I can’t as I haven’t received the order I made on 27 Nov. I have contacted customer services twice and received an automated email stating that my issue will be investigated. To date I’ve heard nothing and have no other way to reach customer services. My parcel has clearly been lost and no one has reached out to me to help. This is a really poor show from Dr Sam and I’m writing this in the hope that it will jolt someone to offer some help. Either refund me or send another order out. From a very disgruntled regular customer who has been with Dr Sam from the beginning.”
