“Previously to this I was using a light cream moisturiser but still getting a couple of breakouts from it. I think I've tried every cream on the market! I take accutane so I need something lightweight and hydrating while being soothing and protective, and it does just that. It's a balm-gel consistency, I haven't personally found it sticky or tacky, I did find it pilled off when applying too much around my neck area, but it absorbed quickly for the most part. I love that it doesn't contain fragrance or leave an oily residue. I look forward to trying the other texture in the colder months - thank you Dr Sam!”
“Such an unusual formula - it initially comes out of the tube as a thick gel. I immediately thought it'd be sticky, however that's not the case: as soon as you apply on the skin, it turns into this wonderful thin moisturiser that's light but nourishing at the same time. “I ordered this moisturiser thinking it would be more suitable to my combination skin than the regular Flawless Moisturiser. Turns out I prefer the original! It’s not as moisturising which some people may like but I found it less comforting and soothing on the skin. I’ll probably use it up when I travel (as it’s a handy tube) but will stick to ordering the regular version in the future.”
