“No complaints about the quality of this product, it feels great on my skin and a little goes a long way. However I have just finished my first 50ml tube already in just under a month, and considering it’s £6 more expensive than the 200ml cleanser this doesn’t make sense, especially if you’re buying the set? Please make it bigger!”

“This light moisturiser is perfect for daytime and feels beautiful on the skin. I love the original moisturiser and use it twice a day but my skin is dry and this is great to have in my bag to keep me hydrated. Not surprised at all as I now use the whole range and it is all excellent. My skin had never been so good. Rosacea is knocked back and the redness reduced to very little. I am absolutely delighted. Finally at 55 I have found the answer after years of searching and swapping and changing.”
“I have been using, and loving, Flawless Moisturiser for a while now; however I decided to try Flawless Light for summer use, under tinted spf, as my skin is slightly oilier during the summer. I am finding Flawless Light to be excellent layered under tinted spf, keeping my skin moist but not shiny, and it’s also enough moisture for overnight summer use. I think I’ll switch back up to Flawless Moisturiser in the autumn but I’ll be sticking with Flawless Light in the summer. Overall I love Dr Sam’s skin care and I can’t see myself buying any other brand.”

“I really love this product, it’s the best moisturiser I’ve ever used. When I was in my 20s I didn’t really use moisturiser because I found they made my skin more oily, so finding this has been brilliant.
However, I would say that the price point is prohibitive. £22 for 50ml is a significant amount of money to use on a product that should be used twice a day. As a result I find I don’t use it as often as I should, and sometimes have to supplement with lower quality moisturisers which aren’t great for my skin.
This is a bit nitpicky, but I also find the fact that standard 2-3 day delivery, no matter the size of the order, is quite cheeky. I put an order in of over £80 worth of products yesterday and the fact the delivery will take a few days leaves a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.
I appreciate it’s a business and money needs to be made, but the price points for some of the products plus the delivery price if you want faster delivery just feels a bit cheeky and leaves a bit of a bad taste. I do really like the products, but if there was an equivalent product with better delivery or better value for money, I wouldn’t be loyal to the brand, nor would I choose to visit Dr Sam for any treatments.”
