“As soon as I started using this moisturiser I noticed a small red patch of irritation near my mouth, and sadly has not gone. It’s been almost 2 months. Unfortunately the irritation has not cleared up, even though I stopped using the moisturiser as soon as I realised, and I am now on a prescribed antibiotic lotion from my GP for perioral dermatitis. I have tried to contact Sam Bunting’s customer service team 3 times for help with this issue and I have had no response. Photo attached so you can see the issue I am having.”
