“This little tube was a surprise to me. It doesn't look or behave like any lip balm I have ever used before. It was quite a push to get some to come out and I thought oh dear - is this going to work? However, it has cleared up some flaky skin I've had at the corner of my mouth for ages and it looks lovely on just on its own. I use it day and night. I'm happy with this!”

“I didn't know what to expect from this but let me tell you this product is THICK. It melts and instantly coats your lips and can truly last throughout the entire day (a claim I'm always skeptical on but Dr Sam's delivered!) I have to say I do struggle with the packaging a bit every time (the product is a bit too thick and takes a lot of effort to squeeze out). I am also definitely still taking my time trying to get used to the smell of pure lanolin (think "sheep" smell) especially when that's all I smell trying to fall asleep. I do really like the formula, how it heals, protects, and smoothes my lips. It's non-sticky and has no weird aftertaste, which I also love. I'm for sure hoping I can get used to the nuances of using this product soon and let it enter my permanent rotation ASAP:)”
“This is pretty thick in consistency and is much easier to use when warmed slightly, so I wouldn’t exactly use this on a ski lift!
I use this to protect my lips before bed and when using vitamin a products.
I wish it had been around when I had been taking roaccutane, this would have been a life saver!”

However, I have since realised that it just needed some time to become the perfect texture to squeeze! It definitely loosens up when warmed, therefore in summer it was great.
