I agree with previous reviews that it is difficult to get out of the tube initially but a little certainly goes a long way and stays put for a very long time. It is very similar to Dr Lipp nipple balm which I was using before this. I put it on in the evening after showering and it stays put right up until I wash my face the next morning. It's not greasy or heavy, just nourishing and hydrating which for me is a game changer. If you suffer with very dry lips I can't recommend highly enough.”

This lip balm is horrible, it smells like it belongs in a hospital and it is so sticky it’s like smearing glue across your lips.

“I'm a big fan of Dr Sam's other products and so I was really excited to receive this but I'm so disappointed. The stuff had hardened so much inside it was virtually impossible to squeeze out and when I did the smell of sheep (from the lanolin) was unbearable. Its basically the same as Dr Lipp's Nipple balm or Lanolips except nothing has been added to make it smell good. Will probably have to throw it away.”
