“This is a very honest product that delivers what it promises without any unnecessary bells and whistles. I have spent a fortune on lip balms and this is the first one that really does the job for me. A twice daily application has really conditioned my lips - I don’t find the need for it during the day as my lips are now comfortable and soft. I have no issue with the taste or smell and find it quite neutral.”
“I really disliked the smell.
It smells like a farm yard, but that's because the main ingredient is Lanolin (the natural oils/sebaceous products from wool), which is proven effective for very dry and damaged skin (hence the 3 stars).
I appreciate that the smell hasn't been covered up with lots of, otherwise unnecessary, fragrance ingredients that lots of people dislike, particularly as part of their skincare.

“When the lip balm first arrived I wasn't sure I was going to like it as it felt very sticky and also I struggled to extract it from the tube. However, I soon learned the technique and found the product worked beautifully on my lips. Unlike other lip balms I've tried I find that with Flawless Lip I don't have to keep constantly reapplying - it lasts, and my lips feel hydrated throughout the day.”

“I got this little lip balm for Christmas and with almost nightly use it lasted me until now - so over 5 months. Because of the consistency and packaging I use it at night, I prefer tube formats during the day. My wish is that Dr Sam gives us tinted lip balms for day use :)”
