“I LOVE Dr Sam's entire range of products but am unsure of this one.
It's very difficult to get it out of the tube, I meed to use my finger to apply it and it has not made much of a difference to my lips. There are better lip balms out there.”
“It works but I don't like it's smell. I appreciate the fact it doesn't have added fragrance but the natural smell is overwhelming. I like the squeezy tube and the consistency. Not my favourite but a good solid product. I recommend for problem lips like mine.”
“I've struggled with dry and flaky lips since I was child, and whilst I did find some decent lip balms, their effectiveness was short lived. I would constantly have to reapply the lip balm and the moment I forgot to do so, my lips would start cracking.
Granted, the smell of this product is not amazing, but I am very sensitive and would rather not have fragrance in my products. Plus, this lip product is so effective that an odd scent becomes insignifiant and totally worth it (at least for me ). This lip balm stays on your lips for a long time and as soon as I apply it, my lips feel so so nourished and happy.

“I couldn't use this balm. The smell and taste was so revolting I had to wipe it off immediately and return. Excellent customer service though! They said it was the lanolin but I use lanisinoh and this doesn't smell.”
“I very basic lip balm in the best sense. It's not artificially fragranced so won't cause irritation, but just deeply moisturises your lips all day. I like to apply before bed and don't need to apply lip balm throughout the day.”
“Absolute must buy! After buying lip products for 20+ years I honestly thought they were all a scam and encouraged a cycle of drying out the skin so you would buy more products.. but this is a game changer. It truly feels like it’s nourishing, not just making the top layer of skin feel artificially moisturised. It lasts for so long on the skin which I love, even after eating or drinking you can feel the benefits. The tube itself is small but you truly don’t need much product and I’m so surprised at how long my first purchase has lasted. The only slight quirk with this is that the smell does sometimes remind me of a farm! Lanolin is derived from sheep so it makes perfect sense but on hot days or if the product has been in my pocket, it does give off a smell that takes me back to a farmyard. Oddly enough though this isn’t that off putting!”
