“I love the consistency of this cleanser. It’s definitely quickly become a favourite of mine. Leaves my skin glowing and I believe this cleanser as well as some other skincare products has started to help clear my skin up. I use every evening and so far so good”
“Actually really disappointed in your product as you use Royal Mail to deliver your subscriptions which on a couple of occasions left my subscription box not in my safe place. So my item was stolen and when I approached the customer service they sent me a form I would have print and fill out and I don’t have those facilities at home. I just didn’t have the time to find somewhere to print I’m a working single mum. And the price for the cleanser is over £20 and I’m out of pocket because you employ a rubbish delivery service. So the products were never replaced and I decided I would never use your product again as the cleanser is very expensive and it honestly didn’t do much for my skin and they never bothered to replace the product.
I will never buy from this company again as they don’t spend enough money using a good delivery service that will get the product to you.”

“Just purchased my second bottle. This is the best cleanser I’ve used in many years. Love the gel texture, it feels perfect on the skin and leaves me feeling extremely clean with no dryness or a film of residue. It has helped my acne I think , I say that as I am also on oral medication but it’s improved more since using this. The only downside is I’m about 2 thirds through my first bottle and I now can’t get it out with the pump so have to unscrew it. That’s my only criticism but the product itself is excellent . I’ve started slowly with a routine after suffering eczema/dermatitis and just coming through that so selected Dr Sam as trusted professional with products that won’t set that off again and so far all is good. Would be looking to try more from this range”
