I only found out about it because the fellow Canadian it was sent to emailed me to let me know (my information was sent in the package to her). 3 emails and 2 months after my first email later, I have recieved no refund, credit or proof that any effort was made to rectify this mishap - other than a couple of "we'll look into this right away" emails. Not what I would expect from what I thought was a reputable company.”
