“I started following Dr Sam's YouTube videos as I was tired of having teenage skin in my 30's. The current market is indeed saturated with beauty gurus and self proclaimed experts, and I struggled to get clarity (in my mind and on my face!) about what the right approach was. “I am on my second bottle of this gem of a cleanser and can’t recommend it highly enough. I have combination skin and was troubled by large blackheads in my nose. I was using cleansing milk and facecloth in the morning and a balm/ oil cleanser and facecloth to remove make-up at night followed by a milk second cleanse. I still remove make-up with a balm because I like how that feels but use Dr Sams cleanser often in the morning and as a second cleanser at night. I try to keep to 1 minute of cleansing, adding a little water as recommended and then remove with a facecloth. I really feel that this helps with my skin clarity. My blackheads aren’t cured of course but don’t seem to ‘fill up’ in the same way and I am delighted! I like the price/ value and the consistency of this product. It just feels good and I saw its benefit within the first week of use. I don’t typically spend much money on cleansing - if it removed make up I was happy to attend to skin issues with products that I would be leaving on my skin but I am a total convert to this cleanser and it is a staple for me now. Thanks Dr Sam, this really makes a difference!”
“I absolutely love the texture of this cleanser, in fact I think its the first clenser i've used where i don't dread washing my face every night :) It washes everything away and leaves my skin feeling clean.
My only gripe is the pump and bottle. The pump is great for the first month or so at providing the perfect amount, but as soon as the clenser started to run low-ish, washing my face involved unscrewing the pump and using the little tube to scoop out some of the residual product, which was just kind of annoying (and if anyone hasen't been doing this, i strongly encourage them to do so, as there was about a months extra supply in there that the pump couldn't get at). Would love to see a larger version of the tube that the travel sized product comes in.
Overall love the product - but if i could, would get rid of the pump!”
