“Let me preface this by saying that I love this face wash. It is hands down the best I’ve used for my acne prone skin. But I don’t know that I’ll continue to repurchase for a couple reasons.
It is really expensive to ship to the US, especially for a product that I need to repurchase fairly often.
The packaging itself is really heavy plastic. In a market where a lot of companies are reducing single use plastic, this just doesn’t make much sense. It’s also difficult to get the last bit of product out.
I don’t feel like I’m actually getting 200mL of product. If I compare this to my Jordan Samuel gel cleanser that contains 180mL, the JS cleanser is the exact same texture and has lasted me much longer.
I would repurchase if it were sold in a larger size and through a US retailer to reduce shipping cost.”
