“I spent quite alot on dr sams face cleansers and refill cleansers and it has congested my skin and caused me loads of closed comedones and even milia. I had to spend fortunes to get them extracted and ruined my face.”

“I have quite acne prone sensitive combination skin and I really like this cleanser so far. I find the cleanser very gentle on the skin, no tingling or irritation.
Face does feel really clean after without feeling stripped. I’m still figuring out how it performs when wearing a bit more makeup.
The 3 stars is for the price, it isn’t the most affordable cleanser AND the packaging! The packaging is really annoying. I prefer a pump over a squeezy tube for a cleanser but the pump is really hard to press to begin with but my main issue is that once there’s a good third of the product left, can’t get anything out. I have to open the bottle and it’s still hard to get out because of the cleanser’s consistency. So I don’t know if I got a faulty packaging or not but I believe this needs to be addressed because I’m this close to loving the product.”
Hello Zahra, thank you leaving a review. When wearing makeup, we recommend removing stubborn eye makeup with Flawless Cleansing Water first, followed by 2 pumps of Flawless Cleanser. In terms of price, you can save 20% by subscribing, plus we sell a handy economical refill. The product is quite thick, so occasionally you might need to get rid of an airlock by unscrewing the top, lifting the pump right out of the bottle, then slowly replacing to remove any air.
