“Brilliant cleanser, my skin genuinely has never been better. Not sure if it's due to using this cleanser twice a day or just having a routine! I'm v satisfied. The only thing I would improve is to make the packaging more sustainable, either glass like the ordinary or have a scheme where you can send back for recycling or refilling? Maybe a terracycle collaboration like l'occitane has. Where you get 10% voucher if you hand in any beauty packaging and they then recycle the empties responsibly.”
“I was thrilled when this was launched as I'd become so frustrated with cleansers and their problematic ingredients.
I've been using this exclusively since its release and I've not had a single problem with it. The texture is great, it helps remove any last residues on the face once makeup has already been taken off, it cleanses without drying out.
I didn't think it was possible but it seems to be, on my 3rd or 4th bottle and have gotten others using it too.
The pump and remaining product near the end can go a little funny, requiring manual extraction for the final few weeks of use - not to be wasted! But this still gets 3-4 months life span in my bathroom.

“On my second bottle. Gentle but cleanses well. Have to agree with other people writing reviews here that when it's almost finished- I had to cut bottle in half to get the remaining of the wash out (and what remains there at the end and does not go through the pump anymore was enough for a week's use- not the amount I want to waste due to packaging). Maybe a tube would be more suitable?”
“Gentle and effective cleanser with a gorgeous jelly texture that feels luxurious to massage onto skin. Can’t imagine being without this! The only area for improvement from my perspective would be the packaging as it’s difficult to get all the product out as the cleanser runs low. Would be great if this size could be packaged in a tube, as for the travel size.”
