I have repurchased this multiple times and will continue to repurchase this, however, my only gripe is the packaging. It is somewhat bulky and it is hard to get all of the product out as the gel is not liquid enough to settle to the bottom properly or to flow out when storing upside down And taking the pump off. Its impossible to fully use it up which is a waste of money and product. I know Dr Sam offers the cleanser in a travel size which comes in a tube, but I can’t justify the price increase. Please can you offer the full size cleanser in a tube where I can easily squeeze out the product, rather than the pump dispenser? The packaging is the only reason I have taken off a star as the cleanser itself is excellent!”
