“This cleanser is gentle on my skin but so effective. It removes makeup and spf, leaving my skin feeling so clean, yet not at all dry and striped as so many other cleaners do. I have always been a double cleanse kind of girl but following Dr Sam’s instructions I just use two pumps of the cleanser and it works wonders.”
“Having never used a jelly cleanser before, it took me a few days to get used to the texture of this cleanser. Now I really like the texture and I love the fact that this is one of the very few cleansers that does not leave my skin feeling dry unless I slather on moisturiser straightaway. My skin feels clean but not tight. The product itself is great. I do, however, have a problem with the packaging: for some reason, the pump seems to stop working before the product runs out. This has happened to me with each of the three bottles of cleanser I have purchased, and means that, in order to get the rest of the product out - a good week's worth! - I need to turn the bottle upside down and decant the rest into a small bowl (the lid of the Flawless Moisturiser bottle works nicely), thereby exposing the product to the air and rendering it less hygienic and less fluid.”
“I have followed Dr. Sam since the very beginning of her launching this brand. This cleanser is phenomenal to cleanse the skin without stripping it and absolutely cleanses away makeup/tinted spf! Dr. Sam, PLEASE can you make revisions to the design of this packaging? Not only is it environmentally unfriendly with the pump, however (and this irks me every single time) its incredibly difficult to get the product out when I reach the bottom 1/5 of the product!! I have to remove the pump and scoop out onto my hand, which is also not-hygienic. Can you try and make the design like flawless moisturizer, nightly and brightly packaging??? This would be set it over the top!”
