Based on a recommendation from a friend who seems to know everything about skin products, I decided to give it a shot, and if it didn't work I would pass it on to her to try as she had been desperate to try it. Day 1-5 I thought it was actually making my skin worse. I thought it was more dry and taut over my cheeks, I had disgusting flakey bits on my forehead which I had never had before, it was even more red and then became itchy - I was ready to throw in the towel. Then the spots came on my forehead and my nose and I was not impressed at all. However, one thing I would say is that my skin did FEEL clean. No oily bits, no dirty bits - pores looked cleaner and skin looked brighter.
Now, into week 4 of using this, my skin really is becoming flawless. I have no dry bits, no spots, no itching, no monstrous pores calling out for attention. One pump in the morning sets me up for the day, and I'm not ashamed to be on zoom's trying to hide my face behind my hands. I'll be quite frank; I often forget to wash my face at night, but when I do remember I definitely think 2 pumps does a "deeper" clean.
Due to this, I risked the Brightly Serum, and now also use the Moisturiser Light. The "Night" range is next on my to do list! Even my partner (male) uses it when he thinks I'm not looking!”

“Love, love. love Flawless Cleanser. I have thin, sensitive, peri- menopausal skin that is prone to breakouts. My experience is that this cleanser works thoroughly but gently leaving my skin feeling clean, soft and not at all dry or tight. I disobey Dr Sam who I understand recommends a single cleanse (sorry!) and use a micellar water in the evening to remove make up first because I have done this step for some time and it just seems to work for me. I then use Flawless for my evening cleanse because my only small issue with this (and I'm being super picky) is that it takes a bit of rinsing off so I use another gentle rinse off cleanser in the a.m. when I'm normally pushed for time. Still, I don't hesitate in giving this 10/10!”
