“Great cleanser but I only use it as a second cleanse so cannot comment on how good it is at removing makeup. I have very temperamental skin and find this does not irritate or cause that tight dry feel. My only gripe is the pump dispenser as you are left with a lot of product still left in the bottle that you cannot get to. Please improve the packaging - hence the reason for only 4 stars.”
“I cannot stress enough how much I love this soap. It is gentle on my skin, but still cleans well and gets off all of my make up. All of these products have made a huge difference in my life. I love them. Just a heads up… keep a back up in your sink that you really like and is easy to buy and get shipped to your house. One of my only complaints is that it takes close to two weeks to receive any items I purchase, and since my kids love and use the products also, I am constantly running out. Even when using the U.S. store (I live in NJ) it still takes that long. That is my only reason for 4 stars! The shipping. The product is worth 5 stars!”
“My face is sensitive tending towards dryness and easily irritated. I like that this is all I need to wash off tenacious tinted sunscreen at the end of the day. It's proved to be a little too much for me used in the morning as well, so I now reserve it for nighttime.”

“Really love this cleanser. Very effective whilst also gentle. I do find the packaging frustrating though. The pump delivers the right amount of product but does not empty the bottle. I tried tipping the bottle upside down to use it up but that was messy. I then bought some skinny spatulas so that I can get it all out which gives me another 2 weeks worth of product! But it's not very elegant and I'd prefer packaging that allowed me to use all of the product without the faff.”
