“I wasn't too impressed by this when I first tried it as its very 'basic' and didn't feel confident that it sufficiently removed make up and spf. However, as another reviewer has said, I found myself missing it when it ran out and now it's probably my favourite ever cleanser. It feels beautifully cool on the skin and has good 'slip' so you can really work it over the face. Due to the pandemic I hardly wear makeup now and still think that this product would struggle to remove all face make up such as liquid / cream products [eyes will need a different product], but for my needs at the moment, it's perfect and a firm staple.”
“I have only been using this cleanser for just over a week and so far I am really loving it. I have sensitive skin and it is not irritating it feels incredibly gentle. I am sticking to the Dr Sam Bunting way, of 1 pump in the morning, 1 minute cleanse and then 2 pumps in the evening 1 minute etc. I think it really works and I can't wait to see the results once I have been using this for longer. I would highly recommend trying, it is a great price and also a good size for your washbag for when going away.”
“I had high hopes for this, as I hate fragrance in my cleansers and loved the idea of having to cleanse only once as opposed to double-cleansing every night.
But.. it was way too drying for my face (think squeaky clean but in the worst way), which is why I wouldn't recommend this for dry, sensitised skin.
To ensure I didn't waste any, I started using it as a body cleanser, and it was great for this. However, the pump is terrible; I struggled to get the product out once I'd used about 3/4 of it.
To cut a long story short - this left my skin feeling stripped and the pump mechanism needs improving.”
