“Absolutely lovely product. Gentle on the skin. You really feel it’s done it’s job. However, when I first used it my skin felt a bit tight. I do have dry skin and I wondered if I had rinsed too much to remove the product. Dr Sam says “clean not squeaky clean” ! I now use a very soft wet cloth to gently sponge the cleanser off. I’ve only used this product for maybe 3-4 weeks now and previously used a balm which didn’t dry out my skin but I’m sticking with it to see how my skin adjusts. I hope it does, as I really like using this cleanser. Hence I’ve only given it 4 stars.”
