“This is the first cleanser I've used that gets all makeup off in one cleanse. Brilliant cleanser and feels so kind to the skin. Only thing I would tweak is the packaging - when the bottle stops pumping cleanser I've learned that it doesn't mean the product is finished! The thick jelly texture of the cleanser gets stuck on the sides and doesn't pump through when the bottle is nearly empty. So the last week or so of product, I have to open the bottle and dig around to get the last bits of the cleanser out. Not a big problem at all, just make sure you don't throw your cleanser out too soon!”
“Simple but I effective. I now do believe you can survive without a oil cleanser first. I haven’t tested it with a heavy duty make-up but it does the job on a day to day basis. Leaves my oily skin feeling supple and balanced, not at all stripped and dry or on the other hand greasy.
I sometimes find that the jelly texture is a little bit stiff and thick and hard to get running through the pump. That is my only complaint.”
