“This cleanser is hands down one of the nicest cleansers I've used over the years. It doesn't strip my slightly sensitive skin and it leaves my skin lovely and clean. My only issue with this and the flawless gossamer tinted, is the packaging and dispensing mechanism. Its dreadful. Surely a tube like the travel size would be far better? So much product is stuck in the bottom that is hard to get out. I'm forever turning it upside down and stirring around with the pump trying to get it out. Its infuriating, especially if I'm tired at night. I've cancelled my subscription for the cleanser until this is sorted out and I'll go back to another brand I use that is just as gentle. Please, please sort out the dispensers. They are awful. I've had to throw away 3/4 of a tube of flawless tinted as I couldn't get it out of the tube. I will not be buying that again either until the tube/dispenser is sorted out, which is such a shame as I do love it.”
