“Great product but the bottle drives me mad. Get half way down and then it becomes a battle to get out. I’ve used it for a few years but I’m finally fed up and moved onto something else.”

“Love this cleanser - makes your face feel really clean without drying your skin out! Only rating 4 stars due to packaging which unfortunately seems to be an issue across most of the Dr Sam products. For this one, you’re unable to use the pump when there’s about a 1/3 of the cleanser still in the bottle so you’re left having to take the top off and turn the bottle upside down to get the cleanser out. My latest bottle the pump didn’t work full stop.”
“I very rarely write reviews but i feel like i just have to. I was using cetaphil’s gentle cleanser for years with no problems until they brought the new formula, which destroyed my acne prone skin.
Looking for a new product when you are acne prone is anxiety inducing as anything and everything can break you out. After watching Dr Sams videos for years I decided I can trust her to create a product that wont clog pores or irritate skin as my barrier was already so bad because of cetaphils new formula.
and OH MY GOD. Within 3 washes my breakouts calmed down, the redness went away and my skin started to look healthy again.
Also when i was using cetaphil i had to always remove my spf and make up with micellar water and this is the first time i decided to just listen do Dr Sam and go ahead with one cleanse. That might have also contributed to restoring my skin barrier.
Best cleanser ever, I pray to god it never gets reformulated or discontinued.”
