“I absolutely adore this cleanser, it’s my favourite thing atm. Though I really don’t like the packaging whatsoever, the pump of the bottle doesn’t work when there’s about a 1/3 left and I have to unscrew it before using. I’d love if it came in a 200ml tube size (like the body cleanser) and I can’t justify buying the pack of 3 travel cleansers (due to the plastic waste and the fact it’s more expensive for 3 tubes if 50/150ml than it is for 200ml…) it’s a real shame as I don’t always have the money to be spending 30 quid on the refills either… thanks, please look into this I love your products x”

“i’ve only been using it for a few months, but i’ve seen a nice improvement! a lot of my forehead bumps are gone! other than that, i have extremely sensitive dry skin and this doesn’t irritate, or burn my skin at all which is very nice. i also don’t need to double cleanse when i do this and only have sunscreen-mininal makeup on. i’d definitely recommend! i used one pump instead of 2 by the way.”
“A gentle and effective cleanser. Removes all make up, leaving skin really clean and does not leave ot tight or dry. I previously used the Dr Sam cleanser, nighly serum and moisturiser to sort out my poor skin and cystic acne, and it worked wonders. Then I stopped - didn't prioritise it as a necessity - and over time cystic acne, dry patches and general rubbish skin came back. I've been using it again for 2 months (didn't want to leave a review until it had a chance to show improvement) and am so pleased that my skin is a lot better. Not 100% clear, but only the old blemish. I think the positive trajectory will continue. Thank you Dr Sam. You've nailed a great range of products. I'm getting my almost teen daughter to use the cleanser and moisturiser now too.”
“I really like this cleanser. It is very gentle on my aging, sensitive skin and actually does what it says on the tin; that is, it gets all my makeup off and my skin clean in one go. I have saved a lot of time on my evening routine. Before using this, I would be cleansing and cleansing and the cotton wool was still coming off dirty. It's not cheap but you only need to use a small amount and I have saved money by cutting out my other products. The smaller size is perfect for a week away and if I am only going for one or 2 nights I can decant it into a tiny pot.”
