“They aren't lying! I bought this cleanser based on all of the glowing reviews (especially love how I was able to search for reviews with the keyword 'rosacea'). Since I have such sensitive skin with a condition that makes taking care of it extremely tricky, the reviews from others experiencing similar things was super helpful. The consistency of this cleanser is a thick pillowy gel which I love because if I'm having a flare up, I won't feel the bumps and lumps when I'm washing my face which I detest (sensory thing). It never stings even if my skin is raw in places, it takes off all makeup, including mascara, with 2 pumps easily and washes off clean with no residue. I use tepid/cold water to wash my face and will wet my hands with a little water first before going in with any of this cleanser on my face, I find it works better for me that way. At night I use this cleanser as a 1st and 2nd cleanse and it takes waterproof SPF off as well. It never makes my skin feel striped in the winter and leaves me feeling fresh in the summer. Won't be without it!!”
