“I was ordering from Slovakia, the order arrived fine, I didn't even pay duty. I've been using the cleanser for a little over a week now and I have to say that I love it, it's very gentle and my skin feels nice afterwards. I also suffer from clogged pores and this cleanser absolutely does not clog my pores. I also have mild acne and red spots, I haven't noticed an improvement in this yet, but I have been using it for a short while. The only thing I've noticed is that sometimes, not always, my eyes sting a little. But I can still say that I will think about buying this cleanser again.”
“The cleanser itself is great, but the all round experience falls short in a few ways for me. This is almost entirely due to packaging.
The formula is very thick, which makes the pump very stiff. Then when the bottle comes to an end it very hard to get the last out of the bottle as the pump doesn’t get it and if you unscrew the pump the product is too thick to bash out. A squeeze bottle (or airless pump) would be a much better option for a product this thick.
The cleanser is great and clearly very well thought out and formulated with great care and precision. It’s just a shame the same through and care didn’t go into the packaging which does affect the experience of the product. With some minor packaging adjustments this product could have a real luxury feel. However given the budget price point, I will begrudgingly overlook them and continue to use the product hoping the packaging improves.”
