“I love this cleanser. It feels properly cleansing while still being gentle, it works even if my skin is sensitive or dry at the moment. It doesn’t foam which some people might miss but I find the texture to be really pleasant. It can sting the eyes a little bit but it’s usually not a problem for me. My main issue with this product is the packaging. I like pumps in general and appreciate the idea of the same amount of product being dispensed each time, but the combination of the pump and the product just doesn’t work properly in my experience. The pump often stops working so I have to unscrew it and dump it out in my hand anyway, which taken effort since the cleanser is so thick. If the pump doesn’t work I would honestly just prefer a squeze bottle instead.”
