“Can't be without it now, and I hate to be that person, who just waxes poetic about a product, because it never sounds genuine, but this is honestly a game-changer for me. It's really difficult to find products that:
- are cruelty-free and vegan,
- are not marketed as 'clean',
- cater to very sensitive skin types,
- have cosmetically elegant formulas,
- are made by people I feel comfortable supporting,
- are available in/shipped to Poland, where I live.
Flawless Moisturiser ticks all those boxes, and here's my full review:
Texture: luscious, luxurious and just lovely, yet not heavy at all. I would say it's quite a firm(?) cream, it's not watery at all. You can definitely feel it on the face for a long time after application, but for dry, sensitive skin types, it's definitely a heavenly feeling. Doesn't pill, works nicely with other products.
Scent: none at all, thank goodness.
Results: gorgeously moisturised skin! Plus I haven't had any negative reaction to it, no new pimples, despite how rich the formula is. I can use it around my ultra-sensitive eyes no problem, too, and it's the first product with niacinamide that doesn't sting at all, unless one picks their face and has a little open wound from that, oops! And while on the topic of skin picking disorder, my body heals pretty quickly from the wreckage I put it through, but in my opinion, using the Flawless Moisturiser with Dr. Sam's mineral SPF really expedites the process. My skin is healthier, happier, and more nourished to the point where I don't need any serums, or toners anymore, which is just glorious.
Packaging: 50 ml non-transparent white bottle with a large pump, comes solo, no unit carton (+ for the planet!). The main problem with it is, you can't see how much you've used, so I already got another 100 ml bottle, just in case. I would greatly appreciate it if Dr. Sam's team could consider adding a little stripe of translucent plastic on the side, maybe? Or just putting the product in a slick tube, so that it's a bit more travel-friendly!
