“This product was a complete waste of money . After a very short time In the sun it began to flake into a white powder all over the areas to which had applied it . I am so disappointed in this product . I am giving it one star but would give it a zero star rating if this was possible as it is not fit for purpose .”
“I read the reviews saying it pills a lot but it hasn't pilled for me. It does settle in the body creases but this doesn't bother me. The important thing for me is that it doesn't trigger my rosacea and feels nice on my skin. I'm only using this on my body. I use gossamer on my face and neck.”
“I had high hopes for this sunscreen but unfortunately it pills quite a lot - whether you apply it by itself or if you apply a moisturiser underneath. It does leave a slight white cast. Also I can't apply to my face as it stings. The positive is that it does feel moisturising on the body compared to other sunscreens.”
“I wanted to love this like I love the flawless gossamer tint. The texture is lovely and light but unfortunately it pills almost immediately upon contact with my skin. I’ve tried it on my face and body, I’ve applied it layers, I’ve smoothed it on lightly - I’ve honestly tried everything. It also comes off at the first sign of sweat. There is no way it is giving me spf 50 coverage and it would be impossible to reapply it during the day. Customer services have suggested that the product is not suitable for my skin type (?) so perhaps others will not have the same issues.”
“I got this SPF as I wanted an unfragranced product. It delivers on this front. However, the consistency of the suncream does not work for me. Within minutes after application it pills and I find I am left with a white powdery substance on my skin. This has also marked my clothes. It does the job in terms of sun protection ( which is the most important thing!) but the pilling is frustrating.”
“I will echo another reviewer, the Flawless Body mineral UV is suited for sensitive, breakout prone individuals. Since my first purchase (May 2022), it has never disappointed. Got my second tube sometime in June for work, now subscribed for auto-replenish. No white cast for my brown Asian skin and the product is gender neutral too!”
