“I purchased the System on 20 February, and paid the additional $25.00 for Express Delivery. I actually received the products 22 days later, on 7 March. However the box had been crushed and since the product was packed with shredded paper, two of the products were crushed and leaked all over the inside of the box. So I was not able to use these two products. I did request a replacement for just these two products and was delighted to receive a full replacement for the entire order (not just the damaged items). So just this week I've begun to use the full system and it is too early to rate the products in the Dr. Sam System. I've given a one star rating for this review to bring attention to the fulfillment company that packed the order and arranged the customs and shipping documents for my initial order. I am hoping that sales to North America increase substantially, and that the fulfillment company's order packing and shipping processes support those sales, as I hope to be ordering more Dr Sam products. I do wish to convey that Nina and other members of the Dr Sam Customer Support team have been very responsive and helpful. And for that I am very grateful.

Thank you for your feedback. The eye area is very delicate and can be sensitive to active ingredients. The product needs to be introduced slowly, so please begin by using the product twice a week only. You should only use 1/2 a pump per eye.
“The set of products were a gift from my partner. The cleanser and nightly serum felt rich and smooth on my face. The moisturiser was nice, though I needed a bit more than my usual brand. In the mornings, I can still feel the smoothness of my skin. Lovely.”
“Have previously purchased flawless cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen separately, I knew how well these all worked (definitely recommended!) I was nervous to use the nightly serum, but followed the instructions/useful videos and had no issues. 1 month into combining this into my routine I have definitely noticed a difference. Confidently go make up free with much smoother and glowing skin. Excellent products.”
“My skin was very irritated from trying other brands that promised a more youthful look. Unfortunately, they just caused my skin to get red, irritated, and appear as if I had acne, which I don’t have acne skin. Anyway, I tried the system and I love it! While the cleanser is a little drying to my skin and it doesn’t really remove all make up traces even after washing for one minute, I still like it. I love the night serum, it has helped clear my skin to a more balanced look with much less irritation. I also like the sunscreen because it’s not cakey and feels more like a moisturizer. The moisturizer is not as moisturizing so I have to use another, so overall the system is much better as it does not irritate my skin like others. I will continue using and may add/replace some of these products with other Dr. Sam products! I’m so glad Cassandra B. Recommended it!”
