“The products are nice, but the packaging on the 7ml serums is not that well suited for the product. Maybe I received a faulty set, but the volume of product compared to the size of the tube makes it seem like the tube is empty, even when you first open it. It also means it’s hard to get the product out unless it’s been stored upright. As these products are the ones that make this a clarity kit specifically, as opposed to a general travel kit, it’s a little disappointing as it feels like you don’t get enough of the product to be able to experience the benefits. Would be more appropriate to say that the serums are tester size. The cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen are more appropriately packaged and are lovely!”

I’ve only just started using the products however I was very disappointed when I opened my nightly PM serum and it was 75% air and 25% product. The brightly AM active serum had slightly more but still I was able to squeeze both of the products firmly and have no product come out due to how much they were filled mainly with air and not actual serum. The moisturizer, sunscreen, and cleanser are filled completely. It’s only the serums that I feel cheated on. I was extremely excited to try out these products before buying them in their full size and am disappointed at the amount I’ve received since they’re both already only 7ml and majority of what’s inside is just air.”

Thank you for your feedback and I'm so sorry for any disappointment you may have experienced with our Kit.
We understand that some of the products in the kit may give the impression of being less than fully filled. However, we want to assure you that the volume of product in milliliters, as indicated on the packaging, is accurate for each tube.
To comply with legal regulations, we are required to include comprehensive product information, usage instructions, and a complete ingredients list on each tube within the kit. This necessitated the tubes to be of a certain size to accommodate all mandated details.
During our testing phase, we have found that storing the products on their end, although it may seem obvious, significantly helps facilitate easier dispensing. This positioning prevents the product from clinging to the inner tube due to its consistency.
It's important to note that if used as directed, the kit is designed to last for approximately two weeks.
