I am an older user but found it easy to set up and use the programs. The read outs of progress are clear. I have been able to find a resistance level that suits me. Putting it together was a little tricky. I spent a great deal of time trying to find the screws — they were screwed into the frame in their appropriate position. This is an excellent idea but a note on the instructions would have been welcome. I had difficulty attaching the handlebars and they are still not firm. I do find I have to tighten all screws/bolts very often. It feels very solid and safe. I found the instruction diagrams difficult to follow and had a few abortive attempts at various stages of the construction. They were clear once you’d found the right way round!!

It's early days yet but its very good to use, extremely sturdy and solid. It was easy to assemble but as I did it without any help that is understandable. My wife (age 73) uses it and has not exercised for many years due to illness.

Really easy to put together, used daily. Very sturdy, a good selection of levels. Thanks.

very solid and steady, especially as I am a fat so and so. Good resistance gives a very good work out. Small enough to store away, very good. App not so good, when used with iPad bike kept turning off.

I was very pleased with the AM-3i exercise bike. Easy to assemble, although I noted on the very detailed diagrams they did not include any information about the adjusting 'wheels' on the rear stabilizer set. Are these supposed to do anything? I also found that the splined portion of the handlebar did not seem to be well gripped by the I-1 metal cover handlebar. No matter how hard I tightened the two bolts, there was still some slippage. Maybe I need to wrap ducktape around the bar before attaching the holding bracket. One minor issue, as I was preparing to attach the curved washer and screw (C-5 and C-6) one of the curved washers dropped inside the body of the bike and was not retrievable. I had to attach one of those screws at the base of the pillar without a curved washer. Since I really bought the bike to use in midwinter when the weather can be a little too cold to exercise outside, I have not yet started seriously using the bike.
