“Bought AME exercise bike flywheel bearings has worn out after 1 year 2 months of use. Have contacted DKN for spare parts with no response after 3 months trying. Please do not buy from this company has the machine was a complete waste of money with no hope of repair. I have had to try local bike shops to fix with no luck.”

“Excellent exercise bike, very quiet, easy to set up and use. I have spent several hours riding it and it is comfortable. Although the handlebars are limited on adjustment they seem pretty good. I bought this bike discounted at 50% off, but would still have been happy to pay full price. Brought direct, very fast delivery, 2 days.”

“Assembly was relatively easy except I dropped a washer into the machine and it took some effort to get it to drop out. Either the gap needs top be reduced so the washer cannot fall into it, or the size of the washer to be increased. I have found that the machine is unrelaible in reading my pulse. Its reliability has improved a bit as I learn to place my hands in the correct position on the handle bars, but it is still not 100%. I have yet to use the programmes, but using it in manual mode is good enough for me at this early stage.”

“Its a real shame that the customer service is non-existent - if you have any issues with your product you will probably get no support at all. I had a couple of issues which, had they been resolved, would have ensured I was a happy and satisfied customer. The DKN exercise bike would actually be a good bike if it wasnt for the poor support.”
