“I purchased the DKN Technology exercise bike. It was easy to set up, runs very quietly and feels like it will last a long time. The user interface is great and I would highly recommend this indoor cycle: much better value for money compared with well known brands.”

“Independent reviews rated a DKN exercise bike very highly, the price was good so I went ahead and ordered one. It took a couple of weeks to arrive but once assembled (not too tricky) I have been very pleased with it. There was some transit damage to the base of the bike but I don't think it affects the stability of the machine? I did have a follow up question for DKN and someone replied to me within 24 hours. So, all in all, very good!”

“Miserable about the bike. Very poor assembly instructions and nobody to call for help. I still cannot complete assembly. Either help me fix it or take it away and return my money”

“Looked a good product at a good price with a nice discount enjoyed. A well manufactured and strong machine which does all the things I wanteed it to do programme wise etc. It took two hours to unpack assemble and set everything up. (Could be done in less I guess, but did it slowly and carefully so as not to make any errors.) Instructions were pictorial only, so each step needed careful study. 'm very happy with this product and it does eactly what it says on the tin. Already feeling the benefit of daily building up my excercise routine..”

“Had an oldish bike from 2017 with a fault. Told customer service the error code and they were really helpful. Ordered a new console for my dkn exercise bike and all resolved :-)”

“Good website, good product, friendly, helpful people on the phone when I had a query. The courier service for delivery was very poor but DKN kept us informed and pursued on our behalf. I am very pleased with the product.”

“Relatively easy assembly. Took about 45 mins. Very solid piece of kit. Two weeks in and the Materials and mechanism appear to be good quality. Electronic controls are good with four person settings. Generally very happy with the bike, and excellent value for the price.”

“This piece of kit was exactly what we wanted for keeping the legs moving over the winter months. Its well built, sturdy and very quiet, it has a good range of pre installed programmes that you can be adjusted if you want to make things a little harder ! Very pleased with our purchase”

“From my personal experience - outstanding. Order process fine, delivery speedy. Found a problem with the console. Contacted DKN, reply within minutes asking for some simple checks. Nil gained. Replacement parts promptly sent, arrived within two working days. All is well - that ends well. Long may it last. Thank you”
