“I ordered a new Croydex Eyre Flexi fix white D shaped soft close toilet seat from DKB, it was easy enough to order on a decent web site. It arrived within 4 days. My plumber fitted it but found a part missing. The silver clip cover plate. I contacted Croydex direct & 7 days later I received the part in the post. Easy job to fit it as the seat can be easily removed. A good quality seat which fits perfectly.”

“Bought this after reading good reviews, but about a couple of months after installing the seat pads started to discolour. Ours went yellow due to using standard lemon cleaner. Look rather nasty and anything I try doesn't work. Contacted the manufacturers who supplied me replacements and told me to read their advice. QUOTE "I am sorry to see the staining on your rubber buffers, our safety and care in the guideline explains to ‘please refrain from using chemical cleaners with this toilet seat and hinges (this is inclusive of the buffers). Please immediately rinse off any splashes to avoid damage or discolouration to the surface of the toilet seat and hinge parts.’" IT'S A TOILET SEAT”
