“Really good looking quality product. Fixings were easy to fit and feels sturdy. The reason for 4 stars, and I'm genuinely not sure whether this a design issue, or not. The underside of the seat ring is concave. At the front it seems to get wet/moist, in the concave area. Not sure if this is the way I've fitted it to the toilet, or whether it is due to the design. I'm assuming it is condensation, but not particularly ideal - given where the moisture is coming from. Apologies to anyone reading this, if this explanation doesn't make sense. On the whole, I do think this is a good product and happy with it.”
