“As usual, an excellent job with first-class printing and service. Only problem encountered was that booklets, requested to come by express delivery on a specific date at extra cost, did not arrive till the following day. However, in a total of about 23 orders in over 3 years this has only happened once, or at the most twice, and was probably the carrier's problem. Normally, the delivery service, as well as the booklets, has been excellent.”
