“Not impressed. The booklets did not arrive and when I followed up they did not go above and beyond to try and get the booklet to me, they just offered a refund. The other order I ordered was pixalated.”

Thanks for your review. I am sorry there was an issue with your order delivery. It had been lost in transit with the courier and rather than delay you while we enquired with them we did offer you a reprint straight away, which was the quickest way to get your print to you. However this was not suitable for you as there was not time so a refund was made instead.
This was the day after despatch.
The previous order with printing issue had already been dealt with.
