“Ordered Silver, got Bronze. It took a week to tell me that you couldn't satisfy my order by which time I had no time to source from elsewhere so I had to accept the cheaper, disposable alternative that you could supply. When they did arrive, the stands were incomplete - missing the plastic widget at the top of the pole on ALL of the stands - so they were useless. Took literally HOURS to get through to customer service. replacement poles were sent out but didn't fit. Magic.”

Hi Nathan, Thanks for leaving us the feedback on your recent experience. I cant apologise enough for the delay in getting in touch about the stock shortage, im afraid this is out of our control as there was national chain supply issues. I can see we tried to contact you the day it was due to be despatched and got no response from our email, to avoid delays we sent out a different stand and refunded the difference in the hope it would suit your needs. I am sorry the replacement poles didn't fit, however, we have had no contact from you about that. Please do get in touch with me as I would love to get that sorted for you.
