“My order arrived quickly, and the print quality on rolling it out was amazing! The only issue was getting it back in. Was a 2 person job to stop the print from rolling sideways and getting stuck. I mentioned this to DP and they said it was a mechanical fault, and sent a brand new one free of charge (which is hugely appreciated). The new one rolls back in much easier...but still needs a little care. There was also a small print error (a white line) but from a distance isn't noticeable. I'm still very happy with the product, but for these hiccups, I had to take a star off. I would still recommend buying one of these, especially for the price!”

“The order was received timely ad the product was good as expected. There was a small glitch at closing the paster down but spoke to customer service agent who was very helpful. They dispatched another one within two days. Excellent customer service and good product. It has now gone to US as a gift to friend. Thank you I will certainly recommend digital print to colleagues. Dr M Mirza”
