“The product itself is great and the delivery was fast, however the email exchanges I had with customer service prior to it being printed left a lot to be desired unfortunately. Very abrupt replies and not willing to help or give further clarification on the size/pixels of the image required. Would be very dissapointed if my employees lisiased with customers in the same manner this firm did with me, and for that reason it's unlikely I'll use them again (despite their products being good.)”

I am sorry you feel we did not answer your query fully however we do not measure artwork by pixels but by the dimensions so it needs to match the size you selected when placing your order - in your case 800x2000mm.
