“I had an issue with the screen pull out as the mechanism was broken when it arrived. I contacted them same day and I was assured by a staff member that they would replace it within a couple of working days. Indeed it arrived as promised without any additional cost. The whole experience with the staff was great, throughly recommended. Thank you team.”

“My order arrived quickly, and the print quality on rolling it out was amazing! The only issue was getting it back in. Was a 2 person job to stop the print from rolling sideways and getting stuck. I mentioned this to DP and they said it was a mechanical fault, and sent a brand new one free of charge (which is hugely appreciated). The new one rolls back in much easier...but still needs a little care. There was also a small print error (a white line) but from a distance isn't noticeable. I'm still very happy with the product, but for these hiccups, I had to take a star off. I would still recommend buying one of these, especially for the price!”
