Hi Dionne Thanks for your review. I am glad you continue to be so pleased with the quality of the prints however I am sorry there was an delay in the delivery. “I thought the print quality of the stickers was excellent. The only reason I gave it a 3 (and not a 5) is because 15% of the stickers were not cut well enough - fortunately, I had the tools to cut them and be able to still use them, but for that I would have ben stick with quite a few stickers I couldn't use.”

“I was working to a tight timescale and was upset when the first order of 10 designs of stickers arrived with errors in the printing. I logged the complaint on the chat, sent some photos and within 30 minutes of receipt of the package it had been reordered. The replacement arrived within 48 hours. I have been very pleased with the straightforward process of having these stickers made, with the quality of the finished product and with the service I received to sort out the error.”

“Good output but delivery option choosen (Parcelforce) disappointed. Satisfied with the print and dissatisfied with the delivery. Anyways I’m still waiting for the refund of the money for delivery.”

Hi Elijah Thanks for your review. I am sorry you had an issue with the delivery. As we had discussed with you, the courier does need someone in when they deliver, as it is a tracked service needing a signature. As no one was in when they attempted delivery, they could not leave it and took it back to the depot for redelivery. The redelivery was arranged and successfully delivered. We would not be refunding delivery charges when the first attempt was made on time but was unable to be received. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting
