Hi Julia Thanks for your review. I am sorry that there was a delay to your delivery - which was not helped by the ban holiday weekend. We did raise this with the courier as we do always wish customers to receive the orders we print. We can only state estimated delivery dates unfortunately as they are not a guaranteed service. With over 1000 jobs a day 97% without issue every day. We were happy to refund the delivery costs due to the delay by the courier. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting
