“My stickers were about 3" square. My 'artwork' was an Internet image, saved onto my PC, and then uploaded to Digital Printing.”

“Need to know the value of time. When it comes to the customer business. Sometimes it take just a simple phone call. Not sure if there is a change in management but I had better service in the past. I may not be the best customer in getting my size right, but I am sure. Digital print is experience enough to get the job done. My last experience the respond with the emails seem as if the company was annoyed with me. Felt silly but all I need was these stickers to get my business going. Timing is my problem with digital print. Delivery process is too long. When saying all this the material Digital print use are quality and I will always use this company. 51 x 51 square stickers were quality. Excellent.”

Hi Dionne Thanks for your review. We do process orders with a next day turn arround but we do ask that artwork is provided print ready when placing an order. If there is an issue with the artwork that would conflict with the order we would contact customers by email - sorry we are a web based company and our communication is online by email. We do assist where possible but we do not have a design team and do ask for artwork to be provided correctly. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

Good afternoon Dionne, Thank you for your review. I am disappointed to read your comments. After carefully reviewing the details of your order I can see that you did not supply print ready artwork or the correct size. I can see that on the day of the order our pre press team contacted you with assistance within a few hours of the order being placed to advise this. I can see that in order to assist you as much as possible they have created pdf proofs to show you the issues with your designs. A few days later you responded to this saying you did not like the proofs and requested design work which we do not offer. Despite this, our advisor went above and beyond to undertake the design changes for you and again supplied new proofs for you to review. You then decided that you not like to continue with the sticker prints and cancelled this part of your order. A full refund was provided. Apologies I am at a loss to understand how you consider our staff unhelpful. As a direct to print service we can only work with the designs supplied by customers which is why we ask for all order to include fully set up, print ready files. Unfortunately in this case your files had quite a few problems which we tried our best to help you with. I have attempted to give you a call to discuss this matter but have been unable to get speaking to you. Please do not hesitate to come back to me as soon as possible.
