“Simple to use for a basic saddle stitched booklet and very efficient processing and delivery. Very good customer follow up as the first print was very poor quality. However, Ian at DP followed up on my comments and looked into the file for me. He identified the likely problem and reprinted the order, the second print was very very much better and the booklets are good enough for me to use as intended. I will definitely use them again.”

“Your customer service from beginning to end was amazing. I felt as if I was being served personally and obviously nothing was too much trouble including doing a second print run and Parcle Force delivery so that I got our booklets in time for the Colchester Kidical Mass Christmas bike ride where the booklets were presents for the children. The quality of the books was excellent. I will certainly not only use you again but also recommend you to others.”
