“Unfortunately, I had to contact customer services as the booklets all arrived with the covers cut at a different angle to the interior pages, so the interior pages were visible when laid flat. I requested 3 copies of one of my files, and received 4 copies - 2 were printed incorrectly one way, and the other 2 were incorrect in another way. The page orders had been mixed up. Customer services were great, issued a full refund, offered to reprint (it was too late unfortunately), and advised that there would be additional checks noted on my account for future orders. Although this is very helpful, this has made me very wary about placing future orders, as these were for sales pitches for my company.”

We always wish to resolve any issues promptly and would offer a reprint so that the correct prints are received or a refund when there is an issue with our service. I am sorry we could not provide replacements on this occasion so you had the quality prints. With 1000 jobs a day we only have a very small percentage of issues and we have added additional checks to your future orders so I do hope we have the opportunity to show the standard of quality we always wish to provide.
