“I am forever creating things and having them printed with Digital Printing. Once you find somewhere that turns your work into good quality items, printed on good paper, with bright colours and for a reasonable price you can't help but wanting everything to look as good! “Id like to have been able to focus on the great print quality and ease of ordering but my booklets were not only delivered 3 days late( Causing me to miss my client deadline) , in the end I had ( after lots of dismissive and sometimes rude enquiries) drive to the depot to retrieve them myself, but also and most significantly disappointing was that they had been incorrectly bound resulting in all the pages being out of order ,thus rendering them useless. Can you please reprint these as per my original order and arrange for them to be sent ( as per my order) to my address. The perception of the quality of a product will always be determined by the quality of the service.”

The couriers were closed during part of the holidays and also operating during their busiest time so I am sorry that the delivery was delayed. We do always wish to resolve any issues with prints and ask that any issues are reported to us directly so we can resolve them promptly.
